Business Relationships
Our business relationships are always simple, open and fair.
Customers
We put our customers first at all times. We treat them with respect and are always honest and fair in our dealings with them. If a problem arises with any aspect of our products or service we are approachable and will get it sorted out.
Suppliers
We treat our suppliers fairly. We build strong relationships with them and behave towards them as we would like to be treated. We pay our bills on time and according to payment terms.
Employees
We expect Employees to work hard and work towards a common company goal. In return employees are treated with respect and integrity.
Competitors
We compete fairly. Treating our Competitors with respect realising that while we are in competition we still need to keep our well earned reputation.
Health and Safety
We follow strict Health and safety policies. Whether working in our offices or on customer sites all relevant Health and Safety law are adhered to.
We also ensure that sub contractors working with us always comply with our Health & Safety policies and current Health and Safety legislation.
Data Protection
As Data controllers we ensure that our customer’s and Employees personal information is keep confidential and that we follow current data protection legislation.
Environment
Respect for the environment is very important to Bandwidth Telecommunications. To this end we minimise waste, recycle all paper and cardboard packaging and use energy efficiently.
